Format
- Group stage: 5 groups (2 MID Kent, 3 MET Kent) — each team plays all others in their group (4 boards per match, time controls based on rating difference)
- MID Kent semi-final: Group A winner vs Group B winner
- MET Kent semi-final: 3-way jamboree — all 3 group winners play each other in one evening (4 rounds, 6 boards per round, every player plays every round)
- Final: MID Kent champion vs MET Kent champion
